Why can't I see my location on the Radar Map?

When using the Single Site Radar the map is centered on the radar location. This setting can be changed by going to the app Main Menu, selecting Settings, then changing the Map Mode option to Dynamic.

For Single Site Radar map users, if you cannot see your location use the Settings cog at the bottom of the radar map to adjust your Zoom until you can see your location. There are around 55 radars located all over Australia so some locations may be at the very edge of the available maps.

If you find the your radar map has switched locations, it is usually because your closest radar has gone offline and Weatherzone has switched over to the next closest radar. You may need to readjust your zoom when this happens.

If your local radar becomes available again Weatherzone will switch back.
