For users outside of Australia
Account logins are not currently supported for users outside of Australia.
For Australian users
To access your paid subscription across multiple devices on iOS, Android and web, you will need to create an account. When you purchase a subscription, you would have been asked to create a new account with a username and password. These login credentials can be used to restore your account across devices.
To activate your existing subscription on a new device:
- In the app, tap the Menu icon in the tab bar and then select My Subscription.
- Tap Log In and enter in your Weatherzone username and password. If successful, you should see an updated My Subscription screen confirming your name, email and your purchased subscription level. You're good to go! ✅
NOTE:
iOS Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library are not currently supported for Weatherzone subscriptions.
